Kramer Logistics was founded in 2017 as a logistics support company for the world's top electric vehicle sharing company. Through extensive exposure to both internal and field operations, our expertise has made us the single most experienced operators in the space.

Responsibilities:

  • Deployed over 10,000 electric scooters direct-to-market, per month

  • Managed fleet of work vans to load, deliver, and deploy electric scooters

  • Provided client detailed in-the-field analytics & observations on foot traffic patterns & vehicle usage to optimize earnings and fleet routing

  • Interfaced with client to receive deployment locations and convey instructions to our fleet

  • Developed safe & efficient load/unload practices for each model of scooter and work van

  • Interfaced with community of contractors to deliver scooters directly to Chargers & Mechanics

  • Developed business model for central charging warehouses catering to Charger communities & internally operated charging functions

Responsibilities:

  • Technology Liaison between NantWorks and Jakks Pacific for DreamPlay joint venture

  • Resource to staff at JAKKS, providing instructional technology demos to increase effectiveness of DreamPlay joint venture

  • Designed and Developed new digital games and mobile applications (over 10 published games)

  • Assessed and Proposed technology integration opportunities in existing toy lines

  • Managed 14,000ft² Los Angeles showroom with 40+ companies' technical demos

  • Coordinated NantWorks companies to build customer-specific technical demos

  • Designed and Developed technical demonstrations for various use-cases and business requirements

  • Managed design team to theme customer-specific showroom stories

  • Liaised with celebrities and government officials to coordinate secure private walkthroughs

  • Developed and Managed integrity/consistency of showroom assets across Los Angeles, New York City, and Beijing showrooms
